Xp is still good but Xp 64-bits is way better, so Windows 7 64-bits is better than Xp but maybe not xp 64-bits, i think? and windows 7 loader is not so bad

Pood about 64-Bit OS will work in any CPU but one problem with windows 7 ur CPU must be 64-Bit to not have any problem but Vista and xp will work like but not fully 64 cause they can run 64 OS but like u r using emulator
